SURFING

Rules on the Beach

Jacksonville Beach:
Must surf at least 300 feet from the fishing pier and leash should be no more than 8 feet and attached to the wrist or ankle.

Atlantic Beach:
Surfing restricted in certain areas.   Boards must be tethered to the ankle or wrist and the leash can't exceed 8 feet.

Neptune Beach:
Must surt 1,000 feet from the nearest swimmer and board must be tethered to surfer on ankle or wrist and leash can't exceed 8 feet.

Hanna Park: $1 per person admission.
